Founded in December 2014, our company is a technology-oriented enterprise integrating fruit and vegetable planting, production, processing, storage and sales.
The company has four fruit and vegetable production bases of more than 150 ha, and has invested 50 million yuan successfully. The planting base has built 30 ha of high-standard drip irrigation equipment, 3 reservoirs, more than 200 square meters of conference rooms, and more than 10,000 m3 of refrigeration storage capacity and nearly 6000 tons of storage capacity, effectively solve the fruit and vegetable planting, production, storage, sales management and hardware development requirements. All products of our company use scientific planting technology and advanced processing, preservation, refrigeration and packaging equipment. The vacuum precooling preservation technology developed is mainly used in the precooling preservation room, compressor, heat exchange system and vacuum pump. The high temperature moisture and gas in the precooling preservation room can enter the compressor under different pressure state of the vacuum pump. After the moisture and gas heated up by the compressor, they enter the heat exchange system for cooling, condensation and dehumidification. After the cooling of gas, condensation and dehumidification can be discharged through the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump can reduce the temperature and humidity of the pre-cooled fresh-keeping room, so that the fruits and vegetables in the pre-cooled fresh-keeping room can achieve the best fresh-keeping，which make fruits and vegetables in low oxygen, low carbon dioxide environment, and effectively inhibit the respiration of fruits and vegetables, inhibit enzyme activity, reduce the loss of nutrients caused by their own consumption, effectively solve the storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables. The company's strong storage and packaging capacity, to meet the large-scale modern production needs of agricultural and sideline products, in order to ensure the supply of domestic market, as well as exporting to foreign countries.
